I've never tapped before. Is that okay?
Yes. Before your first session, Jess shows you the tapping points in a short video, and you can keep a points guide on screen. Then she talks you through every session as you go.
What's the difference between anxiety and worry?
Worry is the thinking part: the what-ifs, the to-do list at 2am, the replay of a conversation. Anxiety is how that shows up in your body too: the tight chest, the racing heart, the clenched jaw. This program works with both. It's made for everyday worry and anxious feelings. It isn't a treatment for an anxiety disorder, and the check-ins aren't a diagnosis.
Is this the same as the app?
It's your next step. The app is where you discovered tapping. This is 23 brand-new sessions you won't find in the app, built as one path, plus six live calls with Jessica and check-ins to measure your progress. Your app subscription stays exactly as it is.
I'm skeptical. Will this work for me?
That's fair, and you don't have to take our word for it. You rate how you feel before and after every session and take check-ins along the way, so you can judge by your own numbers. In our pilot, the 128 people who finished the 23-day core saw their self-reported anxiety scores drop 44% on average.¹ That was a small study without a comparison group, and results vary. And if it's not right for you, our 30-day money-back guarantee means you get every penny back.
How much time does it take?
About 12 minutes a day. Sessions range from about 6 to 19 minutes, and most are close to 12. On days 1, 14 and 30 you'll add a short check-in, about 3 minutes.
How soon will I feel a difference?
Everyone's different. Some people feel a shift in the very first session; for others it builds over weeks. In our pilot, the average self-reported drop grew over time among people who completed each check-in: bigger at day 15 than at day 7, and bigger again at the end of the 23-day core (no comparison group; results vary).¹ That's one reason the program has check-ins: you'll see your own pattern.
What if I miss days?
Your next session just waits for you. Nothing resets. If you'd like, you can turn on a gentle email reminder for when you've been away a few days.
How many live calls are there?
Six. Jess hosts a live group tapping call every Tuesday for six weeks, from November 17 through December 22, 2:00 to 3:00 PM ET. The 30-day program is yours to start right away, and the calls run alongside it and a little beyond, so you still have live support with Jess after you finish.
What if I can't make the live calls?
Every call is recorded, and the replay is posted inside the program for members only, so you can watch whenever it suits you. The six calls are on Tuesdays, November 17, November 24, December 1, December 8, December 15 and December 22, 2:00–3:00 PM ET.
I live outside the US. Will this work for me?
Yes. The program works anywhere, any time of day. The live calls are Tuesdays at 2:00 PM ET, which is 7:00 PM in the UK, and every call is recorded, so you never miss one.
What if I join after the live calls end?
You still get the full program, plus the recordings of all six calls.
Do I need Facebook?
No. The program runs on its own website and works fully without Facebook. The community gathers in a private Facebook group, and joining is optional. One thing to know: Facebook groups are private but not confidential. Facebook can see posts, and members can screenshot them, so share only what you're comfortable with others knowing.
Can I do this alongside therapy or medication?
Yes, you can do it alongside the care you already have. This program is for education and self-help. It isn't therapy or medical treatment, and it doesn't replace care from a licensed professional. Please talk with your doctor before stopping or changing any treatment or medication.
How long do I have access?
Lifetime access. Come back to any session, anytime.
When does the program start?
You can start your first session the moment you join. The first live call with Jess is Tuesday, November 17, at 2 PM ET. Join by Monday, November 16 to get the founding member price and start with the group.
How do I get a refund?
Email contact@thetappingsolution.com within 30 days of your purchase and say you'd like a refund. You can also reply to your order confirmation email. You don't need to give a reason or finish any sessions. We'll confirm within 2 business days and refund you within 5 business days, to your original payment method. Your bank may take another 5 to 10 business days to show it. Your program access ends when the refund is issued, and if you'd like, we'll delete your check-in scores, ratings and journal entries too. The guarantee applies once per customer.
Is my information private?
Yes. The check-ins, your 0 to 10 ratings and your journal are health information, and here's exactly how we handle them:
- We use them to show you your progress. Your scores and ratings appear only in your account.
- Your journal is private. Our staff don't read it, except to fix a technical problem you ask us about.
- We never use your answers, ratings or journal for marketing. We use the fact that you bought the program only to deliver it, and to stop sending you emails asking you to buy it.
- Service providers run the program and our business for us, under contracts that limit their use of it: our payment processor (Stripe), our email providers (Klaviyo for our newsletter, and Postmark for program emails), our class platform (Zoom), and our hosting, database and error-monitoring providers. Our newsletter provider receives only the fact that you bought or registered, the date, and your plan, never your answers, ratings or journal.
- We do not sell consumer health data, and we do not share it with advertising platforms, social media companies or data brokers.
- You're in control. You can skip the check-ins and ratings, or download or delete your data anytime from Account → My Data.
- The check-ins are for self-reflection. They are not a diagnosis.
I bought The Tapping Solution for Anxiety Relief before. Is this the same?
No. That's our earlier program. This is Jessica's new 30-day guided program with check-ins, on its own website. You can keep both.
Can two of us share it?
The check-ins and ratings are personal, so each person needs their own account.
What if I'm in crisis?
This program isn't a crisis service, and our team doesn't monitor individual scores or responses. If you're in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, US and Canada, free, 24/7), or chat at 988lifeline.org. In an emergency, call 911. To find a therapist, talk with your doctor or call the SAMHSA Helpline at 1-800-662-4357 (free, confidential, 24/7). You'll also find 988 on the Help page inside the program.
What do I need?
A phone, tablet or computer with internet, and a spot where you can tap and talk out loud for about 6 to 19 minutes at a time. (A parked car counts.) Headphones help. You can make the text larger in your account settings.
